How we work How Plaroma works

bullet 1. Consultation

Meet with us, talk with us... trust us
We like to begin with a face-to-face meeting either at the Plaroma office or any other suitable location.
The purpose of this consultation is to get an idea of the following;

  1. What are your business and marketing objectives?
  2. What will be the major functions of your website or project?
  3. What is your time-frame?

At the end of this meeting, we will have a very clear idea of your objectives.
This will enable us to go to the project proposal stage.

bullet 2. Project Proposal

We make sure you are completely satisfied.
Based on all the information gathered and discussed in the initial consultation Plaroma will develop a Project Proposal that contains specificinformation regarding project detail and functionality.
This proposal ensures that we fully understand your requirements and gives us a chance to make any changes if the Project Proposal does not meet with your satisfaction. Once you approve the Project Proposal, we can give you an accurate quotation for your project.

bullet 3. Graphic Concept

Are you happy with how it looks?
Once we have a clear picture of the site functionality and content, it is timeto unleash our creative juices and design the look and feel for yournew website. We will create some concepts for your website (ie a picture of how it will look) and ask for your feedback. This ensures that you get a design for your site that will reflect your business in the best possible light.
Once you like what you see, the Plaroma team can move into the development phase.

bullet 4. Development

Now the real work begins
At this point, we begin developing your website. The development stage can consist of one or more of the following areas:

  1. Laying out of the design to web code.
  2. Form Coding - Any user interactive forms that are required in the site are added and tested.
  3. Database creation.
  4. Database Interface creation.
  5. Other scripting as required.

bullet 5. Testing

Only perfect products leave the 'factory'
Testing occurs throughout the development stage. We rigorously test the product before it is ready for release. We want to make sure that all the functions and technical aspects of the project meet with the details of the project proposal.

bullet 6. Preview Server

Has your dream become a reality?
Once your website has been coded and tested, it will be uploaded to our server for a final testing in a live web environment. At this time you are invited to preview the site and familiarize yourself with how your project works. It's also a good time for you to point out any minor inaccuracies.

dividing line

bullet 7. Deployment

You're ready to take on the world with your own web presence
The Deployment stage means uploading your site to the live server and creating any email accounts that are required. We also take the opportunity to conduct a final test to make sure that all aspects of the site are fully operational. We can now begin any post-production processes such as search engine optimization and website marketing.
